Our 1-year limited warranty protects you against:
Manufacturing defects in the veneers (e.g., unexpected chipping or cracking under normal use)
Bonding issues, such as debonding or loosening of veneers due to technical application
All evaluations and potential corrections are handled directly by our clinical team in Medellín.
❌ What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Damage caused by accidents, falls, or misuse (e.g., biting hard objects or trauma)
Discoloration or staining from smoking, coffee, wine, or poor hygiene
Failures caused by neglected oral care, missed check-ups, or lack of compliance with your dentist’s instructions

Eligibility: This warranty applies only to porcelain veneers placed at our Medellín clinic by Dr. Yazmín Escudero. Proof of treatment is required.
Aftercare Compliance: Patients must follow the post-treatment care plan provided by our team and schedule routine dental check-ups as recommended.
Claims Process: If you experience an issue, contact us promptly to schedule an evaluation. All repairs or replacements are based on a professional clinical assessment.
